Eggroll Queen Cafe located in Chalfont is owned by Stephanie Hrin. Fairly new business to the area with another cafe opening up in Dublin, PA in 2019. Stephanie has a vision unlike any other business owner by providing delicious egg rolls and being heavily involved in the community. She is constantly looking for new ways to get involved. Her homemade recipes throughout the years became a business by serving unique delicious egg rolls for friends and family members. Stephanie and her sister were joking around about the name “Eggroll Queen”. Ended up being the business name she selected. She wants to let everyone know it isn’t a Chinese Restaurant, she is serving unique egg rolls from buffalo chicken down to dessert egg rolls.
The moment we walked in we were greeted by Andrea and she knew who I was immediately. Andrea was talking about how she used to work with my Wife and Sister-in-law at Doylestown Hospital. We were talking about how small this town is and how everyone is connected. Andrea was explaining to us about the menu that was behind her, this was our first time walking in Eggroll Cafe Queen and it provides you that homely feeling immediately.
Stephanie started to chime in and talked to us about how she loves the idea of this video series were starting. It helps bring awareness to the business owner stories and how they are involved in the community. We told Stephanie we’re no Taste With Tori, but we will help her get her story out. We spent some time speaking about how she provides Gluten-Free options and how everything is baked. No deep fryer in the back. All fresh ingredients.
What is happening in 2019? Expansion to Dublin, PA in the new indoor farmers market with a brewery and live music.
We’re trying to spread the word we are more American comfort food style. Not a Chinese Restaurant.
I’ve tried a few egg rolls since my departure and been eating them non stop the past few days. I keep going back for more. Thankfully it isn’t too far from me. I highly recommend trying Egg Roll Queen Cafe if you are in the Chalfont area.
