Come do the work you get credit for.
We are a Philadelphia-area agency of specialists who all sit in the same room. If you want your name on the results instead of buried under an account manager’s, this is the place.
Small agency, real ownership.
One office, one team
Everyone sits in the same building in Montgomeryville. No offshore team, no contractors doing the work under someone else’s name.
You own your accounts
You talk to your clients, you present your own results, and you get the credit. Nobody hands your work to an account manager to read out.
We build our own tools
Peakkr, SEOApp, JoltWP. If a workflow is annoying, the fix is a conversation and a sprint, not a vendor ticket.
Search is changing fast
AI answers are rewriting the discipline. You will spend real time learning it, on the clock, because we have to.
We do actually like each other.
Nobody puts this on a careers page because it is a perk. It is here because you would be spending your week with these people.
What we are hiring for.
No roles are posted right now. We hire when we find the right person rather than when a seat opens, so send us something anyway — tell us what you are good at and what you want to be doing in two years.

8 months ago SEO Locale has been great in every way! Very responsive and certainly willing and able to help in anything related to our site, seo and etc. You will not be disappointed, they are a great team to add as a vendor for all businesses.
9 months ago Marc and team were tremendous throughout our engagement. The client service and deliverables exceeded my expectations. I hope to work with them again in the future and would happily refer them to anyone looking to build and optimize their business’ digital presence.
10 months ago Amazing team. SEO Locale has helped transform our digital presence and continues to deliver real, measurable results. They’re responsive, collaborative, and genuinely care about our growth. Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their marketing.
Not seeing your role? Tell us anyway.
We would rather hear from a good person early than fill a seat late.
