IET, Inc. is located in Pipersville, PA owned by Mike Scalzi. Mike started in Doylestown in his basement and evolved from 1998 to now. Our first 5 minutes of meeting Mike was filled with information on what IET, Inc. does and how he got started. The most interesting information he provided us was the fact that dry cleaners have chemicals that drops into the concrete and eventually the chemical makes it all the way down into the ground causing contamination. Mike explained to us how his company helps with his technology in instances like this. His machine will go deep down into the ground and spray chemicals to help treat the soil.
I’d be lying to everyone if I said I completely understood what IET, Inc. does, but Mike is a good guy in this scenario. He helps clean up the bad chemicals going into the ground without digging the entire area. Mike is heavily involved in the community by giving back to the local police department with their Shop with a Cop Fundraiser. IET, Inc. Participates in the local environment roundtables.
Mike wants to help the Niger Delta in Nigeria by helping them with his technology. Mike’s vision is to help throughout the world with his technology and resources he can provide.
