Wayback Burgers located in Chalfont is owned by Dhaval Patel. He likes to be called D. The burgers are not frozen, the milkshakes are fresh and D likes to treat every customer like they are family. Before I knew D was the owner, I’ve visited Wayback Burgers multiple times since trying it a year ago. No matter what time I walked in you would see D working and greeting every customer that enters his restaurant. His story was inspirational coming to this country trying to live the “American Dream”. Worked so hard to be able to save money to open up his business. He decided Wayback Burgers was going to give him what he always wanted in a business.
Most franchise owners are never seen at their business. Not D he made sure he was going to be involved in his Wayback Burgers. Listening to D speak about how his entire family is working there helping him support his dream is a true small business. I’ve witness D post on a Facebook Group asking business owners if they have Pepsi Fountain Drinks. He found a local business that said yes and D provided that business owner ~$1,000 worth of Syrup for Pepsi machines.
A genuine business owner that cares for the residents and other businesses in the area. He is willing to help out anyone in need. His restaurant and mentality made me think about what the true definition of a caring small business owner really means.
D told us off the camera…The President of Wayback Burgers gives him the personal attention and speaks to him as a Franchise Owner. I couldn’t believe this was true, so D called his higher up to verify who he speaks to and it was indeed the Franchise Owner of Wayback Burgers.
If you are in the Chalfont area, make sure you check out Wayback Burgers, you won’t be disappointed.
My favorite quote from D is in the video when he says he makes an awesome burger. I must say he does make a wonderful burger.
Yes, yes, I am a vegetarian. But I make awesome burger though!
