Accessibility
Last updated August 24, 2026
SEO Locale is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need larger text and higher contrast.
This statement describes where the site currently stands, what we have done, and what we know still needs work. If you hit a barrier we have not listed, we want to hear about it — see Feedback below.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. It has three levels: A, AA and AAA.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. The sections below say which parts, as specifically as we can.
Measures we take
Accessibility is built into how the site is made rather than bolted on afterwards. Specifically:
- Every page starts with a skip link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content without tabbing through the navigation.
- Everything interactive works from the keyboard. Menus, accordions, the before/after demonstrations on our service pages, and all form controls can be reached and operated with Tab, Enter and the arrow keys, and the element you are on is always visibly outlined.
- Text contrast is measured, not estimated. Body copy, headings and interface labels are checked against the color actually painted behind them, with transparency accounted for, to meet the WCAG AA thresholds of 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text.
- Motion respects your system settings. If your device is set to reduce motion, animated elements — including the scrolling client logo strip — stop animating and become static or scrollable instead.
- Information is never carried by color alone. The “before” and “after” states in our demonstrations, for example, are distinguished by icon and wording as well as by red and teal.
- Images carry alternative text, and images that are purely decorative are marked so that screen readers skip them rather than reading out a filename.
- Forms have real labels tied to their fields, so screen readers announce what each field is for.
- Pages use proper document structure — a single main heading, heading levels in order with none skipped, real lists rather than styled paragraphs, and a language attribute so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- Wide tables can be scrolled from the keyboard. A table too wide for the screen sits in a focusable, labeled scroll region, so a keyboard user can reach content that would otherwise be stranded off the edge.
- Layouts reflow rather than break. Pages work down to a 320-pixel-wide viewport, and at 400% zoom, without forcing horizontal scrolling — which is what makes the site usable for people who magnify text.
Known limitations
We would rather list these than let you discover them. As of the date below, we are aware of the following:
- Embedded video. Testimonial videos are hosted on YouTube and play in YouTube’s own player. We do not control that player’s keyboard behavior or its controls. Automatic captions are available on these videos through YouTube; human-reviewed captions are not yet on all of them.
- Content published through our CMS. The site’s templates enforce the practices above, but text, images and tables added to individual pages depend on the person adding them. An older page may still contain an image whose alternative text is missing or unhelpful, or a data table whose header row is not marked up as header cells — which means a screen reader reads the numbers without saying which column they belong to.
- Third-party content. Google review content and any embedded maps or scheduling tools are rendered by those services and are outside our control.
- One form field relies on a placeholder. The domain field on our free audit page is announced correctly to screen readers but has no visible label of its own. We intend to give it one.
- No screen reader audit has been completed. The site has been checked programmatically and by keyboard, but it has not yet been tested end to end with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver.
How we assessed this
SEO Locale assessed the accessibility of this website by self-evaluation. That evaluation covered the site’s page templates and shared components, using automated checks, keyboard testing, and contrast measurement against composited backgrounds. It has not been reviewed by an external auditor, and individual pages have not each been tested with assistive technology.

Compatibility
This site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, used together with the assistive technology built into those platforms. It is not tested against browsers that are no longer supported by their makers, and some features will not work in Internet Explorer.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Where JavaScript is unavailable, page content and navigation remain readable, though interactive demonstrations will not run.
