From Auburn to SEO Locale
Before joining SEO Locale, Joe attended Auburn University, graduating in 2024. During his time at Auburn, he balanced academics with life as a student-athlete, competing in wheelchair basketball.
His background in competitive sports helped shape his approach to teamwork, dedication, and perseverance, qualities that continue to carry into his work as a writer and member of the SEO Locale team.
Writing With Purpose
At SEO Locale, Joe works on content across a variety of clients and industries. He enjoys the process of taking an idea and developing it into something engaging and meaningful while continuing to grow as a writer.
One of his favorite parts of SEO Locale is the close-knit team atmosphere. Having spent years competing as part of a team, Joe appreciates working in an environment where collaboration and supporting the people around you are part of the culture.
Representing Team USA
Joe’s basketball career has taken him well beyond the college court. In 2022, he represented Team USA at the Americas Cup in Brazil, helping the team bring home a gold medal.
In the summer of 2025, Joe made history as a member of the first-ever USA 3x3 wheelchair basketball team. Competing in Germany, the team earned a bronze medal on the international stage.
Sports, Stories & Something to Watch
When he is not writing, editing, or playing basketball, Joe is usually watching sports himself. He cheers for Philadelphia teams across the board and enjoys keeping up with whatever game is on.
He is also always on the lookout for an interesting Netflix documentary to get into. Whether he is writing, competing, watching sports, or finding his next documentary, Joe is rarely far from a good story.
