Shannon Bunn is the Social Media Manager at SEO Locale, joining the team in July 2024 after graduating from the University of Scranton. With a background in marketing and hands-on social media experience, Shannon found a creative outlet in helping brands show more of who they are online.

From Campus Content to Social Media

While attending the University of Scranton, Shannon interned with the university’s marketing office, where she helped manage the school’s social media accounts and gained hands-on experience creating content outside of the classroom.

That experience helped spark her interest in video editing, particularly creating Reels that go beyond traditional graphics to showcase the people and personality behind a brand.

Bringing Brands to Life Online

As Social Media Manager at SEO Locale, Shannon brings that same creativity to businesses across a variety of industries. She works with social content, video, and other creative elements to help clients build and maintain an engaging online presence.

She especially enjoys the storytelling side of social media and finding ways to create content that feels more personal, giving audiences a look at the people and businesses behind the posts.

Shows, Shore Days & Philly Sports

Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with family and friends, binge-watching a good series, heading to the beach, and cheering on her favorite Philadelphia teams.

She is always ready to get hooked on another show, with series like The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad among her favorites. When she can get away, she loves making her way to the beach, whether it is for a full week or a relaxing weekend trip.

Shannon is also a Phillies and Eagles fan and will rarely turn down an opportunity to catch either team in person. Between social media, a new series, a beach trip, and Philadelphia sports, she has no trouble finding something to keep her entertained.
